Aircraft acquisition and brokerage services are provided on a best-efforts basis.
Rosae Aviation does not guarantee:
- Aircraft availability
- Purchase approval
- Financing approval
- Future market value
- Operational performance of aircraft
Final purchasing decisions remain solely the responsibility of the buyer.
Independent technical inspections, legal reviews, and financial assessments are strongly recommended before any transaction.
8. Maintenance and MRO Services
Where Rosae Aviation coordinates maintenance services through third-party maintenance organizations, approved maintenance providers, or MRO facilities:
- Services are performed by independent organizations.
